1. Extrusion line for strand cutting pelletizing.
2. Direct impacted input: The melted material is pushed towards the second extruder by high pressure, in which the black dots caused by decomposed of plasticity can be eliminate with such high speed of flow of material.

Specification :

1. Force offer: twin screw force feeding design, fast feeding, less power consumption. 2. First ventilation: by work off humidity, and melt of material allow increase of capacity.

Features :

1. Second ventilation: eliminate air bubble in the materia. Opional vacuum pump is available for maximum result.
2. T-die extrusion outlet: newly design T-Die extrution outlet allow smooth and even flow of material, such achivement enable total control of desired size of granule.
