Description :

It is a bimetal bush with steel as backing and sintered CuPb24Sn4 as lining layer. This type has fairly good performance in anti-fatigue load capacity. It is suitable for middle speed and middle load. When overplated certain soft alloy, it can be applied in high-speed intermal combustion engine and as connect-rod bush.

1. Chemical compositions: CuPb24Sn4. 2. Max load capacity: 38N/mm2. 3. Tempearture max: 300℃. 4. Alloy Hardness: 45~70HB.
