Therefore, when the bales arrives the recycling factory, the first step is to get the post-consumer waste PET bottle bale be processed by the de-baling breaker, roughly filtering, hot water soaking and label removing, and then process by the manual/worker inspection belt conveyor for sorting or the sorting machine, so as to ensure the stability of material before entering into the next stage of washing & recycling.
