Description :

PTS-600 is a tester designed ot test photo diode and photo transistor. The photo diode test items include VF, BVR, ID, ID2, ID3, IL. The photo transistor test items include Bveco, Bvcbo, Iceo, Bsat, Hfe, Ice.It can be sorted to 7 bins(Bin1~Bin5, NOGO, Contract). The test setting can be easily inputted from the panel 25 keys keyboards. The display is a 40-char x 16-line.
