ICP printed plastic sheet for IC tray ConSheet made by intrinsically conducting polymers ( ICP ) is developed by Conpoly Technology for several years. It is the first ICP product ever manufactured in Taiwan. The resistance of the product is lower that any similar product in the world。
Features:
1.Transparent ( > 60% ) & conductive without dusting problem like carbon black or metal powders filled conductive sheet 。
2.Lon term electrostatic releasing ( ESD ) property, preventing the electronic device from electrical shortening of static 。
3.Thermodynamically stable, no migration problem like carbon black and metallic powders。
4.No electroplating metal film can be recycled easily without pollution。
5.Fast static releasing speed with strict surface resistance range from 106 to 108W/ in any point of the surface 。
6.Type A is silicone free product especially for hard disk packing 。
7.All products obey the standard of (1)ANSI/EOS/ESD-S11.11 (2)FTMS-101C Method4046.1
