The PT4-S1-4153D series single mode 1310nm optical transceivers are small form pluggable(SFP)with LC connector. They are compatible with the Small Form Factor Pluggable Multi-Sourcing Agreement (MSA). They comply with Gigabit Ethernet as
specified in IEEE Std 802.3z and Fibre Channel FC-PI 10.0.
The transmitter section uses a multiple quantum well laser, highly reliable Fabry-Perot (FP) at 1310 nm. Which is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC-825. The receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. A TTL logic interface simplifies interface to external circuitry. Operating temperature is from -40℃ to 85 ℃.
LASER SAFETY:
This single mode transceiver is a Class 1 laser product. It complies with IEC 825 and FDA 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11. The transceiver must be operated within the specified temperature and voltage limits. The optical ports of the module shall be terminated with an optical connector or with a dust plug.
