Description :

M-190 is an acrylic-based UV matt varnish for screen paper or plastic coating. It has medium viscosity, good adhesion and matt excellent.

Specification :

1. Appearance / color: opaque viscous liquid. 2. Viscosity ( brook-field #4,25℃): 2000 ± 300 cps. 3. Curing speed: 15M/min/Lamp (80W/ per-cm²). 4. Gloss ( 60° ): 20 ↓. 5. Safety and Notes: (1) Storage: keep away from high temperature, high humidity and direct sun-light; keep tightly closed while storing. (2) Product expiration: sealed, 12 months. (3) This product is non self-ignition, corrosive and explosive. For risk, wear mask and gloves while using and handling, and keep watch to prevent touching and breathing. If skin is contacted, promptly and thoroughly flush skin with plenty of water use soap if available. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. If eye is contacted, rinse eyes immediately with large amounts of water (or 0.9% sterile salt solution)for at least 15 minutes and contact physician as needed.(S26) (4) Fire point: 102℃ (method: ASTM D92). Fire fighting material: foam or CO₂ extinguisher. 6. Package: 4Kg plastic drum.
