Lighten Composite Co., Ltd. is one of the few companies that manufacture composite helmets for motorcyclists and professional racers. Plastic helmets, a.k.a. ABS helmets, are no longer a very competitive product in the market due to its heavy weight and the less protection capability. By using new technology of composite material and a different model pressing technology into motorcycle helmet design, which can make a helmet stronger, lighter, and most importantly reduce impact damage to a motorcyclist. For over three years, we have gone through so many technology cooperation, and difficulties to make this new design motorcycle helmet. The factory of Lighten Composite is a 12,000m2 property, staffed by many skilled technicians, each dedicated to crafting the world;s best protective headgear. Almost every operation needed to create world-class helmets is located on this one amazing facility, including both carbon fiber/Kevlar and poly carbonate shell molding, EPS liner assembling, liner sewing, water-decal production, clean-room paint booths, drying rooms, assembly, packaging and shipping. Our factory and facilities are ready for manufacturing. We also estimated that the maximum production capacity is 100,000 full-face helmets in our monthly production.
