Description :

Function:
1. Function of support suction plate:
(1) Support suction plate has one vacuum generator, so that it can suck the TCP.
(2) There are two locating pin to locate TCP. The chips are hold through the diamond holes, so their position is no need for correction.
(3) The bottom base of support plate can be adjusted by left-right and turn-around adjustment (gauge attached).
(4) The value and data of the speed and position of support platform are edited by human machine interface.
(5) Blotting left-right side displacement function.
(6) Can doctor blade one time and dipping many times (move from front to back)
(7) Dipping depth can be set one step or two steps.
2. Ink tray function:
(1) The ink tray is made of silicon injection and aluminum alloy. It can be re-used by grinding the surface.
(2) The dipping groove of the ink tray can be cut on different request.
(3) Only 2 pcs of locating pin for easy precision location and dismantle.
(4) There are 6 points on the fixing plate of ink tray. They are for adjusting the flatness and angle of turn-around between ink tray and suction plate.
(5) The elevation of ink tray is driven by a servomotor for controlling the precision.
(6) The operator can set the dry-proof time of the ink try on Human Machine Interface.
(7) Dipping depth can be set one steps or two steps.
3. Doctor blade function:
(1) The press-down value can be adjusted by Human Machine Interface.
(2) There are two gauges on both sides of the doctor blade base for controlling the film thickness.
(3) Unscrew 4 pcs of screw on the doctor blade base to dismantle and clean the doctor blade.
4. Paste supply function:
(1) Ink tank can be elevated for easy dismantle and installation.
(2) Ink is supplied from a roller to the ink tray. The overmuch ink will be recycled to ink tank by doctor blade.
5. Use human machine interface. The values can be entered and read out by the human machine Interface. The human machine Interface also has warning notice and it is easy for maintenance and operation.
6. The human machine interface has both Chinese and English version for operation.
