Principle of Dust Collection:
It utilizes sucking force of speedy air flow. When the blower generated paint mist and other powder dust go through saw teeth like water blocking board and enter into whirl pool chamber, then by centrifugal force of the water and air of the chamber, the paint and powder dust particle witll be sucked into the water and flow into the recovery tank. Those water drops contain paint mist and powder dust water drops will be sorted out at the water drain board and leaving those clean air to be released.

Features :

* Excellent dust and ash catching function.
Applying effect of centrifugal force generated by whirl pool chamber to enforce washing so that the dust catching percentage reaches to 99.5%. Whereas the Acryl paint reaches to 97.0%. The efficiency is rather higher than ordinary water method. The released polluted paticle, methyl Benzene, and others are guaranteed top pass the EPA's inspection code.
* Easy to recover waste materials and inner parts are not painted.
Adopting pollution material separation chemicals forcing paint and organic solvent apart. By the way, inner part of painting chamber, propellers, and exhaust pipes are not painted so that saving paint removing effort. Taking advantage of principle of water pressure to remove waste material automatically and consequently make it wasier to recover the paint material.
* Easy maintenance.
Filter chamber is prefabricated and very compact, easy to be removed away from the water tank, and water tank itself is also easy to clean too.
