1. Die casting molds for automobile: oil pan, gearbox reduction wheel, chain case, cylinder block, engine body, cam shaft casing.
2. Die casting molds for forklift truck, and truck: engine chain case, oil filter housing, oil cooler.
3. Die casting molds for outboard motorboat: engine block, cylinder head, gearbox housing.
4. Die casting molds for motorcycle: rear and front wheel hub, crankcase, cylinder block, cylinder head.
5. Die casting molds for auto parts beyond engine, including for automobile power Train system: housing of transmission, housing of power steering, and steering wheel.

Specification :

The showed sample is molded by single cavity die-casting molds (dies). Multi-cavity die-casting molds or inserts are also available. Miniature die-casting is also capable to design and fabricate. We can design and manufacture any size, shape and style as your requests, welcome OEM & ODM. The maximun capability of our facilities is by 2000 tons lock force (clamping force) and 12 tons mold weight.
