1. Applied range:
(1) Mica sheet: huge style heater system which users do not like to install, for example: plastic injection machine, heating platform and barrel preheater.
(2) Silicon rubber: thin machine which is limited by using mica heat sheet and the engineering of keep warm can be used.
2. Feature:
This heater divides into 2 kinds. One is mica sheet as medium; the other is silicon rubber as medium. It is a thin heater and can tight close to surface of mold, so it will not make the mold to thick. It can obtain more effect on prompt heating and enhance production’s function.
Material specification: 1. Mica sheet: as the isolation and heat conduction material by mica sheet. Also it can enhance its coating with stainless in order to protect any break. Mica sheet can be process to forming. Such as: flat, half-circle, round and U style etc. The thinnest of its thick will be 4mm and the temperature can be higher than silicon rubber heater. 2. Silicon rubber: as the isolation and heat conduction by silicon rubber heater.The highest temperature can be under 200℃. It is a rubber heater of red color with anti-high temperature and has good isolation voltage. Because the coated effect of rubber material is superior to mica sheet. Thus, it must often to coating curved or Frank piping which needs to heating. The thick can be divided into 2 kinds, 1.8 and 0.8mm. The longest length can be reached to 3M.
