Description :
1. Spraying formula liquid inside of green tire benefit cured tire separate from bladder easily.
2. Spraying formula liquid outside of green tire benefit its circulation in curing process and make cured tire has good lightness.
3. Formula liquid sprayed with special spray gun which has good nebulization.
4. Liquid feeding system for inner side green tire: liquid mixing by pneumatic motor and feeding by air pushing.
5. Spraying liquid action for inner side of green tire for light truck tire and Truck/bus tire: put green tire on disc in horizontal, disc gets rotation and spray gun goes forward & backward repeatedly to spray liquid.
6. spray liquid action for inner side of green tire for motorcycle tire: put green tire in vertical on roller and get it start turning and spray gun moves upward & downward to spray liquid.
it is optional to fit both paint system for inner side and outer side of green tire.
