We had made a seriese molds for the well-know notebook. The material for most of these plastic items is ABS/PC. The cover using the lacquer to improve the looking feeling.

Specification :

This notebook were assembly by 7~10 plastic items. Some of the molds were designed the hot runner system to improving the filling. The leadtime for these molds around 25~35 days.
