Cloisonné lapel pins are stamped into copper/brass/bronze surface and the recessed areas are filled with color hard enamel which is powdered glass-like mixture. After that, the pin is fired at a very high temperature that is around 1,600 degree Fahrenheit for 2 to 4 minutes.
Lapel pins are individually hand-polished and plated in gold, silver, antique copper, or any plated colors that customer requests. Each lapel pin is inspected to ensure the pins are in first class products and individually packaged.
