Description :

1. We designed tester all following IPC 2.3.17 (4.1) test method requirement.
2. The temperature tolerance is ± 1.5oC on a heating platen tested at 9 points.
3. The heating platen is precision machined and ground for high parallelism and flatness accuracy up to ± 0.02mm.
4. Upper, lower heating platen with PID device to calculate temperature automatically.
5. High precision, high stability hudraulic system design, the accuracy is 0.1kg/cm2.

Option:
Resin flow and scale flow conjunctive tester is official recommended machine model.

4.1 Laminating press mainatined at a temperature of 171 ± 2.8oC (340 ± 5o) and capable of providing a pressure of 200 psi (±10psi) on the test specimen.
