Alpha Brass mechanical thermostats is a combination of Gas Valve and thermostat and the temperature is controlled by signal interrupting the gas flow to the burner. This kind of thermostat can work with heating controls if required by the application (Example: Our AB007 Bleed can coordinate with our AG snap-acting thermostat).

They are widely used in griddles, warming cabinets, fryers, small ovens.
