Heavy Duty CNC Lathe Machine
Our Heavy Duty CNC Machine is equipped with 4-speed gearbox spindle, upgrading the output torque of 45kW spindle motor for heavy cutting of big-diameter workpiece. The bar capacity Ø196mm satisfies various processing applications.
The slant bed of Heavy Duty CNC Lathe with low center of gravity makes the changeover of big workpieces easier. It also results in smooth chip removal to avoid the thermal deformation caused by chip accumulation.
The tailstock is equipped with an Ø200mm MT6 rotary quill that provides higher support rigidity and loading capacity than a live center. The tailstock movement driven by the hydraulic motor makes better production efficiency.
