The three science parks developed and operated by the government in Taiwan, Hsinchu Science Park (HSP), Southern Taiwan Science Park (STSP) and Central Taiwan Science Park (CTSP), generated combined revenues of NT$1.519 trillion (US$50.9 billion) in January-October 2012, dropping 3.06% on year, according to statistics released by the National Science Council (NSC).
As of the end of October, there were 832 enterprises approved to be stationed at the three science parks and 745 have set up or are setting up factories, NSC indicated.
