Backed by the financial strength of a Singapore company with professional management coupled with Taiwan's marketing and design capabilities. WGL is in a good position to penetrate and benefit from the vast and growing market of China and matures into a major supplier of electronic components in the global marketplace.

Majority shareholder, Wearnes Technology Group which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of multi-national company, WBL Corporation, is listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore. WBL Corporation's core businesses are technology development and manufacturing, trading and distribution as well as property and leisure.

A major supplier of electronic components, such as (power saving standard mode high performance, green mode compliant active PFC, LED desk lamp, fluorescent lighting, street lighting, 30''~40'' LCD TV power use, open frame, 30/ 40 W, dual output) switching power supply, (telecommunication, switching mode power, SMD, trigger coil & pules) transformers & coils, EMI filters & chokes, ac dc high voltage power supply, computer adapters, wall mount switching adapters, power supply transformers, and so forth.
